Hi, I am Joe. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and lifelong outdoor athlete.

I built Nomadic Performance to bridge the gap between rehab and performance so athletes can stop bouncing between pain and random training plans.

My approach is simple: train with purpose, build durable movement patterns, and prepare your body for the real demands of skiing, climbing, mountain biking, and trail adventures.
