Our Mission

At Nomadic Performance, we believe health should be proactive, not reactive. Our mission is to educate and empower outdoor athletes to prevent injury, move better, and perform for life — so every adventure feels like freedom in motion.

We believe that health shouldn't begin in the doctor's office — it should start on the trail, in the gym, and in the choices you make every day. Through evidence-based education and practical performance insights, we bridge the gap between physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and everyday wellness.

Nomadic Performance exists to redefine what health, strength, and performance look like for outdoor athletes who live life beyond the gym.

We envision a future where mountain bikers, climbers, skiers, and adventure seekers have access to world-class physical therapy, training, and performance resources—no matter where they are. From remote trailheads to virtual screens, we meet athletes where they move.

Meet the Founder

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength & Conditioning Coach, I've seen firsthand how the right training can transform not only athletic performance but also confidence and enjoyment of outdoor sports. Whether it's skiing, snowboarding, climbing, mountain biking, or trail running, I understand the unique demands these activities place on the body—and I've made it my mission to help athletes prepare for them.

I believe in a "train anywhere" philosophy—because you don't need a fancy gym to build strength, stability, and resilience. With Nomadic Performance, I combine evidence-based physical therapy techniques, practical strength training, and mobility work to help you stay injury-free and ready for any adventure.

When I'm not coaching or working with clients, you'll find me exploring trails, climbing new routes, or traveling in my van chasing the next adventure.
