How the First 3 Months Work

  1. Month 1: Assessment, history review, baseline plan setup.
  2. Month 2: Progression, workload tuning, recovery and technique emphasis.
  3. Month 3: Reassessment, adjustment, and long-term direction planning.

After the initial 3 months, membership continues month-to-month at 159$/month while your membership remains active.
